Ann-Christin Kongsness

Ann-Christin Kongsness has studied dance, choreography, aesthetic theory, and literature, and is currently pursuing an MA in Art Education at NTNU. Based in Oslo, she works as a dancer, choreographer, writer, educator, and drag king. She is the editor of the anthology KOREOGRAFI/CHOREOGRAPHY (published in three editions) and has focused explicitly on queer themes in her artistic work in recent years. Since 2021, she has worked on the performance series Butch Tribute, which has toured Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Italy, and Hungary. As a member of the drag king group Gutta, her drag king alter ego, Robin, has performed extensively in a wide range of contexts since 2019, and is soon to present a new solo performance, Minority Man.

Eivind Seljeseth

Eivind Seljeseth is working within the field of dance and choreography. He is based in Oslo, Norway, working nationally and internationally. His artistic practice spans from performing in works by others, creating his own work to collaborative creations. His choreographic interest is expansive and can materialize within different formats. His main artistic objective is a specific «poetifying» of spaces, places and situations through bodily, technical, virtual and conceptual interventions. Eivind Seljeseth is a graduate of Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO) (MA in Choreography) and School of new dance, Oslo (now University College of Dance Art).

Loan Ha

Loan Ha attended the School of Contemporary Dance (Høyskolen for Dansekunst) and P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels, and has spent 20 years working as a collaborative dance artist both in Norway and abroad. She’s worked with a number of influential figures in dance, theater, and performance, including long-standing collaborations with Impure Company/Hooman Sharifi, Kristina Gjems, LANDING, and Harald Beharie. Since 2006, she has taught at the School of Contemporary Dance, and in recent years, also at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO). In 2015, she further developed her long-term collaboration with Rikke Baewert and Ida Gudbrandsen, and founded the artist collective SUPERNOVA. Together with Karen Høybakk Mikalsen, she initiated the establishment of the organization Praxis Oslo in 2013—a space for the peer-to-peer exchange of artistic practices.
Loan is employed by the Norwegian Actors’ and Dancers’ Alliance (Skuespiller- og Danseralliansen).

Ludvig Herstad

Ludvig Herstad is a Norwegian dancer and choreographer. He trained at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and is the co-artistic director of Walk Dance Company. The dance company recently toured Norway with Pinocchio-paradokset (The Pinocchio Paradox), an energetic stage production for five dancers and five rock musicians, choreographed by Herstad. His work spans from musicals, film and television, as well as pure dance performances. With a keen sense of musicality and narration, Herstad creates choreography in which movement does not merely follow the story—it drives it.

Christine Kjellberg

Christine Kjellberg trained at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO) and P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels. Since 2001, she has worked as a professional freelance and company dancer, both nationally and internationally. From 2009 to 2017, she was a dancer in Carte Blanche. She has worked and toured, nationallay and abroad, with choreographers and companies such as “Wee” (Francesco Scavetta) and “Impure Company” (Hooman Sharifi), both of which involved multi-year collaborations, as well as “Deja Donne” (Simone Sandroni and Lenka Flory), Heine Alvdal, Henriette Pedersen, Mia Habib, Kari Hoaas, Brynjar Bandlien, Ina Christel Johannesen / Zero Visibility Corp., Sharon Eyal, Sang Jijia, Marcos Morau, Alan Øyen, Crystal Pite, Janne Camilla Lyster, Hege Haagenruud, Stellaris Dans Teater, Lina Majdalanie, Kristin Helgebostad and Ingeleiv Berstad, Christopher Arouni, Anne Linn Akselsen, Ole Martin Meland, Arco Renz, and others.

As a contemporary dance artist, she draws inspiration from, works within, and frequently teaches in the realms of improvisation and contact improvisation, placing special emphasis on the dancer’s mental capacity, creativity, and co-creative abilities.

In 2024–2025, she served as artistic director and producer for DanseFOT, an in-depth training and talent development project for young dancers in Akershus. She holds a PPU (Practical-Pedagogical Education) qualification in Performing Arts from Kristiania University College, has training in mental coaching from NTNU, and is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor. Christine teaches contemporary dance and improvisation at higher education institutions, upper secondary schools, and festivals. She has served as a representative/jury member for the State Artist Grant – Arts Council Norway; MA in Dance – KHiO; BA in Dance – Kristiania University College, among others. In 2006, she received a three-year Artist Grant. In 2003, she worked as a volunteer dance instructor and choreographer at Teatro La Fragua in Honduras.

Matias Rønningen

Matias Rønningen graduated from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts in 2009 and has since worked with numerous choreographers and companies, including Sigurd Heide, Dansdesign, Kari Hoaas, Eivind Seljeseth, Heine Avdal/Yukiko Shinozaki, Suzie Davies/Mattias Ekholm, Helen Blackburn, and Panta Rei Danseteater, to name a few. Since 2011, he has been associated with Ingun Bjørnsgaard Prosjekt, performing in productions such as Omega & The Deer (2011), The Solitary Shame Announced By a Piano (1997/2012), Praeambulum (2013), Rotating Nora (2014), and En liste over ting han sa (2018). Matias received the Government Grant for Young Artists in 2013. In the spring of 2014, he appeared as a guest artist with the Norwegian National Ballet in Alveberg’s På drømt hav and has since been affiliated with the company as an independent dance artist. He has danced prominent roles in works by choreographers including William Forsythe, Jiří Kylián, Ingun Bjørnsgaard, Jo Strømgren, and Ina Christel Johannesen.
