Participants in the program benefit from individual artistic development with leading choreographers, mentorship, and a series of tailored seminars throughout the year. A key aspect of TILT Grow is gaining in-depth knowledge of moving outside the stage. Participants gain experience through teaching, choreography, observation and project management.
The program is supported by Talent Norge and Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, and is carried out in collaboration with Dansens Hus.
