TILT Grow webinar: Art, leadership and self-management
The seminar in the TILT Grow program with the greatest demand is being held for the fourth time this year!
How to lead oneself and how to cope with change as an artist?
The seminar in the TILT Grow program with the greatest demand is being held for the fourth time this year! With lectures and conversations, we want to address the aspects that are less emphasized in the artists’ educational process:
- What results do I want to achieve as a creative / performing artist?
- How do I lead myself in ups and downs?
- How do I handle working alone a lot?
- What drives me in my work as an artist?
The webinar is held by Donatella De Paoli, Ass. Prof. BI Norwegian Business School and director / artistic director of Panta Rei Dance Theatre, Anne Holck Ekenes.
SEMINAR SERIES:
In 2021, TILT Grow is in its fourth year and aims to promote dance achievements, as well as make dance artists more viable in a field that is constantly changing. In connection to this, a number of open seminars are arranged for all types of dance artists, where important topics are highlighted and current issues are put on the agenda.
TILT Grow is supported by Talent Norway and the The Savings Bank Foundation DNB.
