After great feedback, we chose to repeat last year’s seminar on motivation, self-management, change management and entrepreneurship. With lectures and conversations, we wanted to address the aspects that is less emphasised in the artists’ education:
- What results do I want to achieve as a creative / performing artist?
- How do I lead myself in recovery and decline?
- How do I handle working a lot alone?
- What drives me in my work as an artist?
The seminar was held by Donatella De Paoli, Ass. BI Norwegian Business School and director / artistic director of Panta Rei Dance Theatre, Anne Holck Ekenes.
