Popflokk - Miniøya

Together with choreographers Pia Holden and Ian Ancheta, the talents from TILT Grow 2026 performed in the new show “Popflokk,” which premiered at this year’s Miniøya festival. The project performed a total of four times during the festival, giving our talents a unique opportunity to gain experience in working with children and families as a target audience.

Meet Popflokk

A troupe striving to become circus performers.
They practice and practice their ultimate circus act
– an act they never quite manage to pull off.
But perhaps… this time?
They never give up.
Because they never lose hope that a solution exists.
Are they half-human and half-dog?
Or are they actually birds?
Follow them as they move through Tøyen Park,
searching, playing, experimenting.
And perhaps – just perhaps – they will invite the audience into their world.
